Cookie & Device Storage Notice
Last updated: 11 October 2026
1. What are cookies and similar storage?
Cookies, browser local storage and related technologies help websites remember settings and maintain sessions. This notice covers the public site flotaryx.com and its linked web application. The precise technologies may vary by browser and sign-in method.
2. Essential login and security storage
The app uses authentication/session-related browser storage supplied by its authentication provider, and may use essential technical storage to protect accounts and deliver requested services. These technologies are necessary for login, security or core application operation. Blocking them may prevent the app from working.
3. Language preference
The public site currently stores the selected language using the localStorage key fleetpilot_site_lang to remember your preference. This preference is used only to display the site in the chosen language, not for advertising or profiling. You can clear it in browser site-data settings.
4. External payment and hosting services
When you use Stripe checkout or its customer portal, Stripe operates its own site and may use cookies for payment security, fraud prevention and the checkout experience under its notices. The public site is served through GitHub Pages; the app uses Supabase infrastructure. We have not identified advertising analytics or marketing pixels in the currently audited public-site code. We will update this notice and obtain prior consent where required before deploying optional non-essential tracking.
5. Your choices and contact
You can remove cookies and local storage via your browser settings; doing so may sign you out. Optional tracking, if introduced, must be subject to appropriate consent controls rather than merely relying on this notice. Questions about site storage can be sent to support@flotaryx.com. Effective date: 11 October 2026.
